When you do think about the relationship, remember what made it strong. Remember the good times. When you speak to your ex reminise about the positives and not whatever brought it to an end.
Focus your energy working on your strengths. For instance, take some cooking classes if you ex thought you were a good cook. But don’t forget your weak points. Start to get the habit of tidying up if your ex said you were messy.
