How to get your ex back - Three things not to do
Immediately after a break up is a serious time for the future chances of any partnership. Your actions in the coming days and weeks are going to have a huge impact on if you get back together or not. Do not let doing the wrong thing mean you can’t win your ex back. Here’s 3 things you definitely mustn’t do.
1. Don’t call your ex. Maybe this seems mad, but it’ll just push them away further. Constant bombardment with telephone calls is a big no-no in the making-up arena. A ton of calls daily will make them feel frightend, sick and tired. You don’t want them to feel this way at all. You ought to give them time on their own to reflect on your time together. They will be remembering all the times good and bad now, but harassing phone calls will just have them think on the negative and reinforce the decision. This isn’t how to get your ex back.
2. Don’t be needy. Not one thing hurts you greater than holding onto your ex saying you need them. I’d be hard to make it worse. If you start to come off as a kind of childish person who cannot stand on their own two feet with some self-respect it is only going to mean you look bad. You need to attempt to seem [like as if] you’re all right about things. This is a great way to start to win your ex back. Your ex has to have space and time to consider their own needs so they will not have time to assist with yours as well.
3. Don’t beg them to return. Doing this after a split is asking for trouble. However genuine your emotions might be, really do everything you can to prevent this because it will just have a negative effect and you will not win your ex back like this. When you act like this it appears that you have lost the plot and then may be an ongoing issue in the future and this is not a lot to look forward to.
So put the stops on your emotions and don’t chase your ex right after a break-up. This is the time you must be tough for the job of getting your ex back. Do more positive things during this time and you can start towards salvaging your relationship. This is how to win back your ex.
